House of Josef is independent holiday rental company based in Yorkshire who strives to offer a truly home away from home experience.
Owned by friends and business partners Rachel and Joseph, who as both professional photographers, and exetensive travellers, have a great understanding of what makes a stay special.
With their eye for detail and creative flair, they have created each space to be unique whilst still offering everything you could need for your stay.
We really want your stay with us to be special and and as such we have made what we hope is a home away from home for you and we ask if you could please care for it as you would you own.
With this in mind we have a few house rules:
Keys
We have specialised keys for the property so please do be careful with them, we recommend that you leave the keys in the lock box when not in the house, any lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £45
Smoking
Please no smoking or vaping, we will ensure there are nice areas for you to partake so not to feel outlawed, but we really like the whiff of our houses they way they are!
Pets
We are dog owners and understand that they are part of the family, however as much as we love them, future guests may not, so please can we ask that you don't let them on the beds or furniture.
They will always be a good doggy in our eyes and we love to see pictures of them enjoying their holidays.
Noise and Neighbours
We have neighbours who we really quite like, and as such we ask you do not have parties, play music or be super loud at night, also if you could keep your music indoors after 10pm that would be great.
Checking in and out
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm unless agreed beforehand, and if you can please vacate before 10am on weekdays and 11am on weekends so we can get the property ready for our next guests
